Island Arc Exploration Corp. Grants Options

| | Island Arc Exploration Corp. (the "Company") has granted 940,000 incentive stock options at an exercise price of $0.10 to current directors, officers, consultants and/or employees under its stock option plan. The options will expire on the earlier of July 3, 2014 and the 30th day after each optionee ceases to be a director, officer consultant or employee of the Company for any reason other than death, disability or cause.
