Mr. Sorace has been involved in the public markets for over 20 years and has helped manage and finance numerous public and private entities. Mr. Sorace is experienced in operations, strategic planning, corporate development and the capital markets. Mr. Sorace currently holds other public company director and/or officer positions including President and CEO of Providence Resources Corp.

Mr. Posnikoff received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria in 1999 and completed his Chartered Accountant designation in 2007. Mr. Posnikoff works as a Manager in the assurance division of Wolrige Mahon LLP, Chartered Accountants, a Vancouver-based, full service accounting firm.

Mr. Mugridge has acted as President of Progressive IR Consultants Corporation since 2007. Prior to heading operations of Progressive, he acted as Chief Executive Officer of Venture Media Group Inc., an online marketing firm servicing publicly traded companies. Since 2006, he has held officer positions with, and has acted as an advisor to, numerous companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange.

Ms. Ramin has a decade of experience with the public, private and non-profit sectors developing and implementing programs and polices, as well as providing strategic advice to executive management, on a diverse range of complex and multi-faceted land and resource management issues. In addition to holding a Master of Public Administration (with a specialization in resource policy), she has completed undergraduate programs in both Geography and Environmental Science and Applied Management. Before joining First Graphite Corp., Ms. Ramin managed a TSX-listed company's Canadian mineral exploration projects and was responsible for, among other things, strategic planning and communications, regulatory affairs and external relations.

Dr. Wainwright is an economic geologist with mineral exploration and research experience in North America, South America and Asia. Alan has worked on generative, evaluation and target delineation campaigns in world-class mineral districts with a number of exploration firms and senior mining companies since 1999, and holds B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from McGill University, University of Toronto and The University of British Columbia, respectively. Alan completed his Ph.D. on the super-giant porphyry Cu-Au deposits at Oyu Tolgoi (Ivanhoe Mines; Mongolia), and was a senior member of the Kaminak Gold Corp. discovery team at Coffee (breccia-hosted Au; Yukon). Dr. Wainwright is accredited by the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.

Mr. Curry has a capital markets background and has acted as an advisor for numerous Toronto Stock Exchange-listed resource issuers. He has experience within the resources industry and with assisting in equity financings. He currently acts as Vice President for Vancouver-based Progressive IR Consultants Corporation where he leads marketing and financing initiatives. Mr. Curry obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia.

Mr. Stevenson obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria in 1997 and began his career in the financial industry while working with a national brokerage firm. Since 2004, Mr. Stevenson has managed his own investor relations firm, specializing in raising money and marketing for early stage mining companies. Mr. Stevenson is currently a director of Providence Resources and a director and president of High North Resources.

Mr. Bajic holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma in Accounting from the University of British Columbia and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in British Columbia in 2004. Mr. Bajic is currently the Chief Financial Officer and a director of MetroBridge Networks International Inc., Patriot Petroleum Corp. and Providence Resources Corp., each a public company whose shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Bajic was previously the Chief Financial Officer and a director of Blue Gold Mining Inc. (formerly Drexel Resources Ltd.) and the Chief Financial Officer of Advance Gold Corp., both junior resource companies trading on the TSX Venture Exchange.
